| In case you are unable to obtain a Canadian Visa, you will be staying on the American side of the Niagara Falls. All services will remain the same except the sightseeing done on the Canadian side. | OVERSEAS MEDICAL INSURANCE |

It is extremely important to possess an overseas medical insurance policy before you travel on your tour. Keeping your convenience in mind, we have included the cost of overseas medical insurance. For any passengers above 60 years of age, and those who wish to extend their holiday, additional charges would apply. |

| IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE |
- The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as of 1st December 2010. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulations, ticket taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. Shineworld Holidays will not be held responsible for the same.
- Prices quoted are based as per the rate of exchange of 1 USD = INR 45. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passenger. Shineworld Holidays will not be liable for the same.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services.
- We reserve the right to amend, vary, alter, or withdraw any particular departure; excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class, if deemed necessary.
- It is advisable to book 35 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
- A date change fee of USD 75 is applicable for passengers who change their dates of travel once confirmed and the tickets for the same have been issued.
- For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all services will remain the same.
- We reserve the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed before the departure.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on the tour.
- Due to Trade Fairs and Conventions in any city, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance.
- Passengers can board the tour from the hub city mentioned. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passenger. Tours are operated subject to RBI/GOI regulations. Part of the tour cost will be paid in USD out of your BTQ.
