| Day 1: - DELHI TO MUSSOORIE |
| Arrival in Delhi & Transfer to Mussoorie, After the breakfast, it is time for the real sight seeing trip in Mussoorie. Begin with the most famous Kempty Falls. There is no dearth of such spots in Mussoorie. There are Jharipani fallls and the Bhatta falls nearby. Gun Hill is the second highest point in Mussoorie from where you can see some of the famous peaks of Banderpunch, Gangotri, Yamunotri and Srikantha. Also, visit Lal Tibba, the highest point in Mussoorie, Nag tibba, Mussoorie lake, Municipal Gardens. The pleasant weather here just adds to the enjoyment. |
| Day 2: - Mussoorie |
| Today, its off to the queen of hills Mussoorie. Mussoorie is the most popular hill station in northern India. You leave after the morning breakfast. After you come back, it is time to have a walk through the most happening place in Mussoorie, the Mall. It is a stretch of road, lined with shops and it overlooks the valley. The shops have everything, from handicraft wall hangings to wooden ware and artificial jewelery. There are flea shops selling woolens and young couples romancing hand in hand. And the entire place is lighted up with what is famously called Mussoorie crown lights. |
| Day 3: - MUSSOORIE TO HARIDWAR |
| The day begins early. There are two famous shrines perched on hilltop in Haridwar, those of Hindu goddess, Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi. This trip will take up half day as the two shrines are in opposite direction. But at both the shrines there is facility of cable car so the journey is convenient. After this trip, come back to your hotel, have lunch and rest a bit. Later, an evening trip will take you to some famous places of Haridwar like Sapt rishi Ashram and Daksha Mahadev Temple. After visit to them, you can just be by yourself for the rest of the evening. Buy souvenirs and have a stroll in the market to just feel how people live in this holy city. |
